Informational evening for those with, or without diabetes
The North East Branch of the Canadian Diabetes Association would like to invite everyone to informational evenings that we sponsor to help you on a healthy road.
These meetings are open to the public, whether or not you have diabetes.
We are geared to sharing topics that would help and encourage those with diabetes or those who know of people with diabetes and would like to help and understand their lives. Also, we are here to help anyone toward a better lifestyle.

These are free meetings, with lots of valuable information that you can take home and put into practice.
Each month we have a session, either at the hospital via Telehealth or at the Legion Hall with a guest speaker.
The Telehealth sessions are via satellite and have a professional speaking to us. We are able to interact with them with questions. This is a great opportunity to have a speaker without them having to drive out to Nipawin or us having to drive elsewhere. Telehealth enables different sites to pick up on the session at the same time.
When we have the sessions at the Legion Hall, we have a guest speaker on topics relating to diabetes but of interest to all.
Please come and take part in these meetings, a good opportunity to learn more about a healthy lifestyle.
We welcome everyone and there is no obligation, just a free evening that we would like more people to take part in from Nipawin and area.
