Our food should provide balanced amount of nutrients and the number of calories in it should be least. Person, who wants to lose weight, should extract juice one lemon in a glass of lukewarm water. It consists of three meals a day of pineapple and papaya. After this, gradually the patient can have low-calories well balanced diet consisting of vegetable, grains, etc.

The child suffering from Type-1 diabetes, can lose weight, despite having a normal or increased appetite. Child suffering from Type-1 diabetes, if treated properly, then has or her weight usually returns to normal. Kids with type-1 diabetes may became overweight only if they do not maintain healthy eating and exercise habits. When kids with diabetes reach and maintain a healthy weight, they feel better and have more energy.
