LONDON, Nov 27 (Reuters) - European and U.S. diabetologists called on Tuesday for greater caution in prescribing oral diabetes pills like GlaxoSmithKline Plc's (GSK.L: Quote, Profile , Research) Avandia, which has been linked to increased heart attack risk.
